Mel is so lovely. He took good care of each volunteer which I do appreciate the most. He managed our food vouchers and explained everything thoroughly where I didn't understand or where to go (as when I asked the ladies on the desk, they didnt know much!) Mel took an initiative to give us all volunteers goodies (sweets) when we were on our duties as a thank you. That was a lovely gesture as a team leader. I have been working with Mel for years! Not only that, we were all given an hour break (I do not think 30minutes was enough, personally). Again, I'd like to say thank you to everyone who was involved in Steward team.

The team was so lovely and took good care of me. They made a wonderful team and made sure the players were given new shuttles and very dedicated on the jobs. We had fair amount of break time (30mins) & were pretty flexible too. We had good laughs too!
