Excellent leadership, great people to work with. Lots of fun.

I enjoyed myself volunteering at the venue, at the Arena Birmingham, which was well organised, as a Concourse team member directing spectators to their seats and other facilities available. I would recommend this play role post to any person who may be interested in volunteering in Badminton, where you have the opportunity to meet other colleagues, spectators and participants.

Great experience and a good way to meet like-minded people

Great experience. But could do better in organizing side, volunteers mainly do not know what to do and it is hard to find the person in charge sometimes.

Nice experience, but there are some space to improve on organizing side.
